1. Acceptance

By using scoremyprofile.app you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we provide

scoremyprofile is an AI-powered tool that generates dating profile scores, opening lines, and date preparation briefs. Output is generated by large language models and is provided as-is, for entertainment and informational use only. It is not professional dating, relationship, psychological, or legal advice.

3. Pricing & payments

• All purchases are one-time payments at the price displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record. They handle billing, tax, and fraud prevention.
• Prices may change at any time. The price you see at checkout is what you pay.

4. Refunds

Because every purchase delivers AI-generated content immediately on payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI output, or failure to apply our suggestions. If you experience a technical failure (you paid but never received your unlocked result), contact hello@scoremyprofile.app within 7 days and we will resolve it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of people without their consent.
• Upload sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal content.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or stalk anyone.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts or models.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute our output without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these rules, with no refund.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI output may contain inaccuracies, biases, or recommendations that do not suit your situation. You are solely responsible for how you use it. We are not liable for any outcome — good or bad — that results from acting on our suggestions, including but not limited to dating outcomes, social interactions, or emotional consequences.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the input you submit. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to the AI-generated output for personal use. The site, brand, code, and prompts are our property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is lower.

9. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, third-party outages (Anthropic, LemonSqueezy, Vercel, Cloudflare), or reasons outside our control.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
